Snapshots from the most recent visit from my soon-to-be brother! (please note, events are not in chronological order)
~~~
One day we spent the evening with our Grandpa and Grandma. One of the events which took place was a fun game of softball.
Batter up!
Hit a home run, Kate!
Problems ensue-was she safe or not?
She was out
Go Mumzie!
Grandma takes a whack at it
My Brother's turn
He hits it...
Starts running, and...
Is...
Safe!
Sister (only in games, though!)
After a couple hours of playing softball and only one water bottle, we were sooo thankful to Grandma and Mumzie for bringing us water! Here, fainting (well, more like laughing) players gratefully receive the thirst quencher from Grandma.
"One for all and all for one!"
Aaaahhh, water. (Can you tell me what is wrong in this picture?)
Grandpa and Kate looking at pictures which had just been taken.
Lovely expression, Darling :)
During the course of the evening, one of Mumzie's childhood friends stopped by.
Dinner
Thank you for helping my countenance, Dear Kate! LOL!!
We also played golf.
An excellent Golfer.
And she raises her arms and...
Hits it!!
Searching for...
Golf balls in...
The bean field.
A perfect picture
"Yoo-hoo? Anybody up there?"
While W. was here, one of the sashes that we will be wearing for the wedding (that our friend made; Thank you, Mrs. N.! ) came in the mail. So, Mumzie had a bit of fun with it (all jokingly, of course).
"This is for taking my daughter away!!" (just kidding)
