Friends, Packing, Birthdays............

If you are unable to tell while reading this post, the Morton Maidens are on a sentimental high!

My Littlecamerastealingsistwerp bidding me to put down the camera and help pack!!!!

Our Magnolia Tree

~~Various Flowers around our house~~

We are enjoying them now as very soon they will not be ours anymore!

Our Jungle-like flower box

Our "Broccoli" Tree

"Mail" Art

This mailbox has some sentimental values to it. We Morton's love to receive mail, especially when it is a package or letter from a dear one. Every morning, usually right after we have all finished reading our Bibles, we would hear the "clink"of the mailbox. At least two people would run to the door, wait until the mail lady walked away, and then race to see who would get the mail first. Now, we no longer hear the lovely "clink" noise that announced the arrival of our mail:( Goodbye, dear "clink"!

Transplanted Day Lilies from Mrs. Pockras' garden

What will we do without our rhubarb?

S.A.M. and I packing up games (our first box to be packed)!

Progress is being made in our packing endeavours.....this week we are going to tackle the kitchen and the garage!!!! Of course we will not get all done in one week, but we hope to at least begin!!!

Dad and Uncle D. installing a new window. We owe many thanks to Uncle D. for his help finishing up the last touches to our house. Without him, I don't know what we would have done!

Cousin Joel helping us pack and reminisce!!!!

S.A.M. and I had to snap a picture at least once when the realtor was here.............3/4 of the time when he has stopped by, our house has been in utter chaos. In this shot, it was moments before Daddy and Mumzie signed the papers! Most of you know the story of how the Lord sold our home, so I will skip over those details.

Because you begged...
"Clink"? How cute. You can't forget playing with little ones at our mailbox either. You push the toy out the door and it is no more! :)
What will we do without rhubarb????????!!!!!!???????
Can I store the books (and movies)? :)
Kate, you look "really into the game"...not!
Can't tell which brother Nettie-Beth looks like more! I can also see some of Kate in her. Her dress turned out well.

Thank you soooo much!!!:) I can't believe we forgot to mention about the little kids and our mailbox. Great rhyming, by the way!

There ain't no way your keeping MY books, sistuh! And especially not my movies!;)

Kate was into the game more than she looks! ;)

Nettie-Beth's dress did turn out well, except she had it on backwards in the picture. Also, the bottom of the other side of the dress was peeking out, but oh well. And she most certainly looks like her cutie brothers! Don't you just love them?! Can't wait to see who the newest one will look like!!!
Thanks again, big sissy!
Love ya,
~S~

"Littlecamerastealingsistwerp" is a nice word. Too bad I don't have any sisters... I could use that. :D

I would say I understand what you're going through by leaving the house you grew up in... but I'm not sure that I do really understand. I'll be praying for you in the coming weeks that you'll be able to move on easily.

Say hi to Joel for me! :D

Sorry, but... I agree with Meg. That picture of ~K~ during the game of Pit is hilarious. :D

Mr. K does have a great smile. :) I remember having the ability to smile like that.

That next picture... he's either trying to be a junior Spiderman or he's a young supporter of the University of Texas. :P

And yep, that dress sure is cute. :)
