Cousins & Family Time
The toys here were great. We kids (and adults too) enjoyed Pool, Basketball, Ping Pong, Computer Games, Board Games, and if some of us were really bored- TV! :)
Here Kate and C.M take a break from Basketball.
Family get togethers are also opportunities to show off photo albums. They usually go over pretty well. Especially when some members have heard through the grapevine news that they find interesting- they want to see pictures! And we are only too glad to show them! :)
Our hostess and another uncle who we still think looks like our Pastor! :)
Daddy enjoying some of his much needed time off.

A cousin is getting married soon and one of our afternoon's was spent at his finacee's bridal shower. This was a time of great fellowship, food, and fun.
Here we have the bride-to-be trying on her "veil"!
Kate, SAM and I also took the time to teach a few of our cousins part of the Salty Dog Rag. Our cousin (2nd from R) got the kicking part down...now we just need to teach her left and right! LOL
Great Aunt with a few of her grandchildren.
Family, I think they're titles are 1st cousins once removed, cousin, and 2nd cousin.
More family and some friends who are like family
Even more family
One night we managed to watch one of our favorite movies with our Aunt. During the intermission we were able to snatch some cute shots of our cousins. Basking in the glow of big brother's smile.
SAM stealing a kiss from our cousin while Mr. Thornton looks on.

Throughout this time we also had cousins fly in to spend time with the family. Many nights we played games, ate, and ate a lot more!
A family tradition- Mexican Train Dominos. However, usually we have a lot more attendees. At times we have had upwards of 12 people!
Kate are you worried about where the game is headed??
Concenrating on a game of Othello. Meg was winning the whole time and poor J.M. was despondent until the very last move turned the game completely around and he ended up winning! It was really quite funny, even to Meg.
Phase 10 with one too many people goes on forever; though I think that perhaps even without the extra person it still would have been exhaustingly long.
Time to Go! See you later... in the next picture I guess!
Birthdays celebrated a little late is better than never!
~~~
A shopping spree to help Grandma find the best deals turns into a mind game.
Though it isn't very hard to guess if you look closely...which one is the real Meg?
How about Kate? Can you find her?
Which movie is that? I don't remember a Mr. Thornton, but I do reconize that actor.
That mirror thing is so cool! Who's the real person?
The movie is called North and South, based upon Elizabeth Gaskell's book of the same title. In our opinion, it is just as good as Pride and Prejudice. It is set in England during the industrial revolution and the differences between Northern and Southern England.
As to the mirror pictures, Meg is on the very left while I am not!:) Poof! LOL!!!!!
AAAAAGH!!! I can't stand the mirror shots! I used to do stuff like that in puzzle magazines, and it drove me nuts! AAUGH!!!
Anyway, nice pics! Looks like those various get-togethers were loads of fun. :)
Cool mirrors.
I am not sure I think it's the middle one
It looks like you girls had fun. I think the middle is the real person.
Answers to the mirror puzzle:
In the first mirror shot the "real" Meg is on the very left.
Kate, well even we are not sure (can't remember) which one is the real one. Although we are pretty sure they images of Kate are all mirrored images and she was in actuality behind the camera operator.
