Taking a stroll after a long and tiresome journey
Chatting in the doorway. A very convenient place :)

An interesting and jolly afternoon in the kitchen
With these ladies in the game, you better watch out.
She cometh forth with strength... and a growl
Resting afterwards with naps, cards and photo albums
A round of Spoons
Great-Uncle J. stopped by for a visit
And later on Mrs. S. stopped by as well!
Swinging in the sun
Round and round until you found your lunch on the Merrie-go-round!
"I'm tired and these girls will not let me have one moment's peace from that camera!"
Don't ask me why, but some people take a liking to pickle juice.
And they also feed it to other people
I guess she decided to skip the middle man!
The new family relatives
(many thanks to Mr. V. for the wonderful idea!)

Mr. Bean caught and fish and was not taking it off of the hook. So Grandpa told him that he better get his fish off the hook, and Mr. Bean's reply was that "He would if the fish would stop lookin' at him like that!"
Miss J.H. takes a turn
These girlies love their ice cream!
Great-Uncle J. looking at pictures
"I know, I don't understand these people, either!"
Having a blast singing around the piano
Visiting at the A.'s home the next day
Preparing lunch
This little guy looks pretty happy, too!
A mouthfull
Trampoline fun
"Country folk wave, City folk don't"
Beautiful Mamma V.
Kids, don't try this at home: feeding someone from your spoon and then eating off of it yourself! *Gasp* I cannot believe it.
So cute!
The Trio
Boy, they sure look tired!
Beautiful Mumzie
Just after our last glimpse of their van

Well... as usual, long comment. :P
That first picture has SAM looking like she's about to kill a bug or something. Do it with the spatula, then flip the pancakes! :D
The portraits turned out really nicely.
That game looks fun. Looks like keep-away, or something along the lines of many-monkies-in-the-middle. :P
The resting afterwards--almost looks like a Roman-style banquet. Reclining and chatting. Thankfully, I'm sure it was much more edifying than Roman banquets were.
The whole park visit looked like fun. That line about the merry-go-round gave me a laugh. Mom said something along the lines of "ewww."
I agree on the "don't know why" of liking pickle juice. :P
All that fishing looks great. Catch-and-release, or did you get to eat 'em?
One word: APPLESAUCE!!! :P Yum. I think I'll go get a carton out of the freezer and get it ready for tomorrow. :)
Those cake pieces aren't too big. They're growing boys! :D
Wish I coulda been there for the singing. I imagine it was really good.
Hehe. The spoon? That's NOTHING. What's wrong with sharing utensils? :P
Well, that's it for now. Wonder if I got in the first one or not? As some of ya say, e-ya later!
As to the fishing, it was catch -and - release. Also, congrats on being the first to post a comment!
There is a lot to comment on here...but I don't have time right now so just a few for now:
Marph's fish picture- apparently she doesn't understand the fish a yuckey and are not nice to touch!
What were the Dads waving at? The tree?
The G. Family's kids are really growing up! I didn't recognize J.G.
Anyway an all-around very good post!!!
