Visit to Great-Grandparents

Over the weekend, Grandma, Mumzie, Kate and I went to stay with our Great-Grandparents (that would be Kate and I's Great-Grandparents, Mumzies Grandparents, and Grandmas parents :)) for the retirement ceremony and celebration of Great- Grandpa and Great-Grandma's son -in-law. Wow. That was pretty wordy :)

We had fun having Grandpa teach us how to play a pump organ

After the delicious lasagna dinner, Grandpa taught Kate and I how to play pool

Explaining the game

Listening to advice

Determination (which, I apparently did not have enough of :)

"Ugh, I missed!"

Grandma's turn

She missed again! However, she ended up winning :)

Mumzie also did a good job!

The next day, we helped set up tables and chairs for the Retirement Dinner. The Retirement dinner was held at a Farm Museum. That weekend, there happened to be a quilt show, which provided a captivating backdrop for the party!

Another quilt block

This is not a quilt, it was just a picture on the wall, but Kate and I loved it!

We had such a fun time talking with our family!
